Company and Product

Hemam, an Arabic word means determination, is a digital platform that aims to use current technologies to meet the needs of a large segment of society. It provides a network that connects volunteers/service providers (paid services) with the beneficiaries.

Since not all of our targeted customers can afford to pay for these special services, Hemam, allow users to have the option of requesting free services or paid services. Service providers (e.g. doctors, sports trainers, barbers, maintenance /cleaning service providers, children and elderly care, etc.) will also have the freedom to provide volunteering or paid services. For the paid services, service providers will be able to take the full amount or donate (full/partial amount) to the different charity organizations (depending on the location of the service provider and their preference).

Our Customers:

  • Customers: Senior Citizens, children and people with special needs (e.g. (developmentally disabled (i.e. autism, down syndrome, etc.) Chronic Kidney Diseases, Alzheimer, etc.)
  • Service Providers: volunteers and paid service providers (e.g. doctors, sports trainers, barbers, maintenance /cleaning service providers, children and elderly care, etc.)

Differential Value Proposition/Technology

The business model of Hemam focuses in strengthining the social bonds, while serving a large segment of the sociaity that are not getting the ample attention they deserve. It enables service providers to reach out to the community, provide volunteering/paid services for a great cause and thereby fulfilling social responsibilities.

Like Uber, Hemam platform also aims to create new jobs / income streams to those who wish to use the platform to provide paid services. It’ll help volunteering people learn new skills, network with their peers, release stress and advance their careers. It will provide a system of systems that is connecting:

Elderly, children, developmentally disabled, people with special needs

-Volunteers (including retirees) /job seekers

-Companies with Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR)

-Charity Organizations

-Etc.
